Barbara is the Co-CEO 100% Renewables Pty Ltd, speaker, podcast host of the Driving Net Profit with Zero Emissions show and award-winning author of ‘Energy Unlimited – Four Steps to 100% Renewable Energy.
She is passionate about business and sustainability and believes that reaching net-zero emissions is achievable and great for the bottom line when done right. She guides and educates business leaders by translating science to a clear business strategy that helps them achieve net-zero emissions profitably.
She believes in the importance of sharing stories of organisations leading in climate action so that others can learn from their experience. She does this by presenting, writing, creating videos and podcasting.
Barbara is a preferred supplier to Governments, sits on a number of advisory boards, and is recognised in the Clean Energy Council’s ‘Women in Renewables’ Speakers Guide. In 2019, she received the Energy Leaders Inspiration Award. Her book “Energy Unlimited” was named one of the top 10 sustainable and renewable energy books in the world.
She has a Master’s degree in Commerce through her studies in Vienna and New York, and is a World Bank Accredited City Climate Planner.
Her specialties include:
Patrick has more than 25 years experience in energy efficiency, renewable energy and carbon management consulting, across strategic, policy and technical areas. Patrick co-founded 100% Renewables in 2015 to help leading organisations transition to clean energy. He is a preferred supplier for the NSW, ACT and Federal Government and a trusted advisor to several local Government jurisdictions.
Prior to being a director at 100% Renewables, he ran his own business, Patrick Denvir Consulting. Before that, he held a number of senior technical and management roles at Energetics Pty Ltd over a 15 year period, including General Manager Consulting and Principal Consultant for Energy Efficiency and Government Policy.
His specialties include:
Patrick holds a Masters’ Degree in Energy Utilisation, which focused primarily on renewable energy technologies, nuclear power and low-emissions thermal energy generation such as cogeneration and combined cycle generation.
Ian is a highly knowledgeable and experienced Principal Consultant/Senior Manager, bringing a wealth of expertise in sustainable development, energy transition, climate risk, and scenario assessments, as well as landfill waste, sequestration modeling, and fleet transition analysis. He excels in policy research, project management, data analysis, and design advice, with a focus on energy efficiency, electric vehicles and alternative fuels, building design, carbon accounting, and Life Cycle Assessment.
He brings a collaborative spirit and broad skill set to his work, with strengths in the following areas:
Ian holds a Master of Environmental Science from the Australian National University, as well as a Graduate Diploma in Resource and Environmental Management and a Bachelor of Arts & Bachelor of Science, also from the Australian National University. With his extensive education and experience, Ian is well equipped to provide expert guidance and support to organisations and individuals looking to make a positive impact in the energy and sustainability sectors.
Siggy is a highly experienced and skilled Project Manager, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects across various industries, including the energy sector, government organisations, and large commercial enterprises. She possesses extensive knowledge in consulting and client management, with a previous focus on HR and IT-related projects. She is passionate about sustainability and applies these principles in her everyday life.
Through her exceptional project management and stakeholder engagement skills, she has successfully completed numerous transformation projects. Her skillset includes project planning, securing organisational buy-in, collaborating with subject matter experts to collect and analyse data, continuous risk analysis and progress reporting She takes a systematic approach to her work, which is evident in her expertise in business process improvement and change management.
Her strong business and commercial acumen allows her to get a feel for an individual organisation quickly, understanding the intricacies of how they operate and the organisation’s specific emissions. She thrives on liaising with stakeholders to determine how she can best add value to each project.
Her specialties include:
Siggy holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering & Management from Twente University in the Netherlands and has completed an MBA Exchange Program in Business Administration from California State University in the USA. She is certified in PMM (Project Management Methodology) and MOC (Managing Organizational Change), which speaks to her dedication to continued professional development and expertise in her field.
Yusi is our Project Manager – Climate Risk & Carbon Strategy with a strong track record delivering energy, carbon and climate resilience outcomes across major infrastructure and development projects. He combines deep technical capability in life cycle assessment, greenhouse gas modelling and sustainability assessment with hands-on project management skills.
Before joining his current role, Yusi worked as a Sustainability Consultant – Environmental Assessment & Planning at GHD, where he delivered a wide range of sustainability, climate risk and carbon projects for large transport and infrastructure programs, working closely with multidisciplinary design and construction teams.
His core areas of expertise include:
Yusi holds a Master of Sustainable Built Environment from the University of New South Wales, as well as Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He is also an Infrastructure Sustainability Accredited Professional (ISAP) and a Green Star Accredited Professional.
Daryl is a Senior Energy and Carbon Consultant at 100% Renewables, bringing extensive experience in sustainability consulting, power plant technology, and energy efficiency. His expertise encompasses energy and carbon analysis, conventional and renewable energy technologies, and the development of net zero emission strategies. He has worked across research, teaching, and project management disciplines in both the Philippines and New Zealand.
Daryl’s key skills include:
Daryl holds both a Masters and a Bachelors Degree in engineering and has a fellowship certification from the OnePointFive (OPF) Academy, a sustainability consulting accelerator program.
Jade is one of our Senior Energy and Carbon Consultants. His work experience includes developing innovative processes and tools to collect, analyse, and visualise energy and sustainability metrics, particularly GHG emissions. Jade has delivered GHG accounting services, supported the development of decarbonisation action plans for clients—including science-based targets (SBT) and net zero targets—and assisted the Australian government in evaluating energy efficiency grant applications. He is our PowerBI and Excel whiz and has created numerous user-friendly decarbonisation tools for our clients.
His specialties include:
Jade holds a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering and has completed training as a certified data scientist.
Theresa is one of our Senior Energy and Carbon Consultants with extensive experience in developing greenhouse gas inventories and helping clients achieve Climate Active certification for their organisations, services, and events. As a Registered Consultant under the Climate Active Program, Theresa’s expertise spans from boundary setting to carbon offset procurement. She is also proficient in assessing tree canopy cover in urban areas using various tools. Her skills also include energy management and the feasibility assessment of waste-to-energy projects.
Her specialties include:
Theresa holds a Masters Degree in Energy Engineering and has a Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering.
Mark is one of our Energy and Carbon Consultants, with specific experience in creating greenhouse gas emissions inventories and forecasts, setting up energy baselines and projections, and designing commercial and residential-scale solar PV layouts. Mark is also skilled in modelling carbon sequestration impacts from plantations, and developing calculation models (e.g. financial) for decarbonisation projects.
His specialties include:
Mark holds a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering and graduated Cum Laude.
Monn works for 100% Renewables as an Energy and Carbon Consultant. His work experience includes sustainability, greenhouse gas accounting, stakeholder engagement, power plant technology and other engineering roles. He brings with him a wealth of experience working with organisations in power generation, air transport, food processing and the commercial sector.

Monn has a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Paula is our Energy and Carbon Data Analyst, with experience in sustainability strategy development, internal controls, and environmental and social impact assessments. She has a background in the cement industry and is passionate about advancing low-carbon and water-resilient solutions through research and innovative technologies.
Her specialties include:
Paula holds a Bachelors Degree in Materials Engineering and a Masters Degree in Environmental Systems Engineering, Water Systems from the University of Melbourne.
Rav is our Energy and Carbon Data Analyst, with expertise in carbon accounting, data management, and business intelligence. He has experience in the manufacturing sector as an Engineer and accredited Pollution Control Officer, where he managed environmental compliance and supported greenhouse gas reduction initiatives.
His specialties include:
Rav holds a Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering from Mapúa Malayan Colleges Laguna and is a licensed Chemical Engineer. He is also a certified Data Analyst.
Star is our Executive Assistant to the Co-CEOs. She is also our lead researcher, marketing & branding coordinator, and video and podcast producer. Prior to this role, she was the Sales and Admin Lead for an Australian Custom Wear Company, where she was the brand manager of a portfolio of products, including sportswear and personal care brands.
Her tasks include:
Star has a Bachelor of Science in Clothing Technology and graduated as Cum Laude.
Hiela is our Marketing and Design Coordinator. She is helping the team with marketing-related initiatives and with maintaining our brand positioning. She has experience in digital marketing campaigns and brand initiatives execution, as well as social media management and graphics design.
