Barbara Albert

Barbara is a co-founder and director of 100% Renewables Pty Ltd.  Prior to this role, she was the founder and principal of Sustainable Business Consulting. Barbara is a consultant, educator, speaker, and the author of ‘Energy Unlimited – Four Steps to 100% Renewable Energy‘ and the ‘GreenPower Guide for Businesses‘ as well as numerous booklets, blogs, articles and videos on climate action. She is also a podcaster and host of the Driving Net Profit with Zero Emissions show.

She works with large energy users who want to be leaders in responding to climate change and specialise in helping organisations drive towards net profit with zero emissions. She is a preferred supplier for Governments and sits on the advisory board of “Renewable Cities Australia” and the “Environmental Sustainability Advisory Committee” of Hornsby Shire Council. In 2019, she received the Energy Leaders Inspiration Award, and in 2016, was a finalist in the ‘Sustainability leader of the year’ award. Barbara holds a Master’s degree in Commerce from the University for Business Administration and Economics in Vienna, Austria, and also studied at New York University’s Stern School of Business. She is a World Bank Accredited City Climate Planner and certified in GRI sustainability reporting. She is also a Registered Consultant for Climate Active Carbon Neutral Certifications for organisations, products and services, as well as precincts. She holds several Certificate IVs in Carbon Management, TAA, TAE, as well as in Environmental Management and Sustainability.


Patrick Denvir

Patrick has more than 23 years experience in energy efficiency, renewable energy and carbon management consulting, across strategic, policy and technical areas. Patrick co-founded 100% Renewables in 2015 to help leading organisations transition to clean energy. He is a preferred supplier for the NSW, ACT and Federal Government and a trusted advisor to several local Government jurisdictions.

Prior to being a director at 100% Renewables, he ran his own business, Patrick Denvir Consulting. Before that, he held a number of senior technical and management roles at Energetics Pty Ltd over a 15 year period, including General Manager Consulting and Principal Consultant for Energy Efficiency and Government Policy.

Patrick holds a Masters’ Degree in Energy Utilisation, which focused primarily on renewable energy technologies, nuclear power and low-emissions thermal energy generation such as cogeneration and combined cycle generation.


Nicolas François

With a Master of Environmental Management in addition to his MBA, Nicolas combines his academic knowledge with 15 years of consulting and project management experience in the field of procurement and business transformation to support the successful delivery of sustainability focused programs.

Nicolas excels at working collaboratively with stakeholders to bring together diverse sensibilities into meaningful sustainable outcomes. Nicolas has a multicultural background with a proven ability to seamlessly join complex team environments and deliver projects at local, regional, and global level.

Nicolas holds a Master’s Degree in Environmental Management from UNSW and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Cincinnati. He also completed several project management courses and is an ISCA certified practitioner.


Michaela Tymichova

Michaela is our Senior Consultant – Net Zero Engagement. She is an accomplished professional with over 20 years of experience in industrial research & development, renewable energy and environmental sustainability, business development and training. Her sector experience includes manufacturing, scientific/tertiary education and engineering.

Michaela excels at engaging and communicating with a diverse customer base. Prior to working for 100% Renewables, she had multiple roles across different industries and organisations. Most recently, she worked in business development role focused on adult training and education for solar PV.

Michaela holds a PhD in Polymer Coatings from the University of Wollongong, MSc in Material Science and Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania (USA)and Masters degree in Microelectronics from the Institute of Chemical Technology (Czech Republic). She also holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, is PRINCE 2 – certified, and undertook a marketing & management course at the University of Wollongong.


Leslie Mathew John

Leslie is a renewable energy engineer. He brings with him a wealth of experience working with large energy users, providing technical and implementation knowledge in designing and constructing renewable energy solutions.

Leslie holds a Master’s Degree in Engineering – Renewable Energy from Australian National University in Canberra and has completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering – Aerospace Engineering from Jain University in India. He also holds an accreditation from the Clean Energy Council to design grid-connected photovoltaic systems.


Saif Khoja

Saif is a renewable energy engineer. He brings with him a wealth of experience working with large energy users, providing in-depth knowledge of renewable energy industries and experience in solar, hybrid and energy storage projects.

Saif holds a Master’s Degree in Engineering – Sustainable Energy from RMIT University and has completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering – Mechanical Engineering at Gujarat Technological University. He also holds a CEC Design Accreditation.


Joseph Gregorio

Joseph is our Lead Analyst and Energy and Carbon Consultant. He oversees our analyst team, is the lead technical consultant for Climate Active projects and technical lead of our tool development. He specialises in developing carbon inventories, net-zero roadmaps and energy management business cases. He is a Registered Consultant for Climate Active Carbon Neutral Certifications for organisations, products and services, precincts, and events.

Theresa Banta

Theresa is our Energy and Carbon Data Analyst, with specific experience in energy management and project development in the waste-to-energy sector. Her expertise includes the design and development of circular economy initiatives related to waste management and energy efficiency, both with startups and large corporates.

Theresa holds a Master’s Degree in Engineering – Energy Engineering and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering.


Estrella (‘Star’) Dorado 

Star is our lead researcher, marketing & branding coordinator, and video and podcast producer. Prior to this role, she was the Sales and Admin Lead for an Australian Custom Wear Company, where she was the brand manager of a portfolio of products, including sportswear and personal care brands.

Star has a Bachelor of Science in Clothing Technology and graduated as Cum Laude.

Arlene Ariola

Arlene is an experienced Finance Specialist and joined 100% Renewables as our Team Assistant. Prior to this role, she was a Process Executive at BPO Company, where she handled US Insurance Accounts. She also worked for Schneider Electric as an AP specialist.

Arlene has a Bachelor of Science in Commerce (Major in Management) at the University of Perpetual Help Laguna.
